Sand and Steel Fitness Return Policy V1.0
At Sand and Steel Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange options, subject to the terms and conditions below.
- Definitions
- Apparel: includes all clothes such as socks, headbands, T-shirts, etc.
- Gear: includes protective equipment such as knee pads, belts, wrist guards, jump ropes, etc.
- Drinks: includes all items sold from our fridge.
- Defective: means the specific apparel or gear you purchased was manufactured differently than the manufacturer’s standard and this difference caused the apparel or gear to fail during course of use.
- Exchanges: An exchange means that you purchase an additional product in the same class of products and receive a refund of your initial purchase. If the price of your returned product is greater than your replacement product, you do not receipt a partial refund. However, you can include more than one product as your replacement product so the total cost of your replacement purchase is greater than your returned product.
- Product Class: We have five product classes: Apparel, Gear, Dinks, Snacks, Supplements.
- Refundable: you may receive a full refund for any product class that is designated as refundable in this Return Policy.
- Snacks: includes protein bars, chips, cookies, and foods designed to be eaten in single serving.
- Supplements: includes products designed to promote growth or repair. Examples include creatine, protein powder, multivitamins, meal replacement powder, greens powder, etc.
- Unworn: means that you that did not use or wear the apparel or gear outside the gym and you did not remove the tags from the apparel or gear.
- Testing of Apparel and Gear:
You may try out any gear or apparel we sell at Sand and Steel Fitness in the gym before you purchase it.
- Samples of Supplements:
In most cases, we can provide you a sample of most supplements we sell.
- Return Policies General:
- We accept returns for 30 days from date of purchase subject to additional conditions. You’ll need a copy of your receipt for all returns. Receipts are automatically generated when you put your customer name into our POS reader. You also get a receipt when your purchase from sandandsteelfitness.com/pro-shop
- Apparel: We accept returns in Unworn condition (all tags, etc.) or Apparel that is Defective. Worn Apparel may be returned for Exchange only.
- Gear: We accept returns in Resalable Condition (all tags, etc.) and Defective Gear. Gear that is not resalable condition that is not defective may be returned for Exchange only.
- Drinks, Snacks, Supplements: we accept Exchanges for any drinks, snacks, and Supplements that do not meet your taste expectations. Drinks, Snacks, and Supplements that are Defective are Refundable.
- Services:
This return policy does not apply to any training or nutrition services. For example, this return policy has not application to requesting cancellation for a CrossFit membership.
- How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact on email regarding your return. Please include in the email a copy of your receipt, condition of the product, and reason for requesting your return. We will email you back with next steps.
All returns and Exchanges are administered in person at Sand and Steel Fitness. We do not accept returns my mail, etc.
- Refunds and Exchanges:
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 48 hours.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Will be performed back to the original payment method. If that method is no longer available (card cancelled, etc.), a store credit will be issued.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee.
- Changes to this Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. The version of the return policy that applies is the one that was in effect when you purchased the item.
